Just because this man’s girlfriend is deaf doesn’t mean he can’t tell her how much he loves her through music.

How does he do it? By taking the time to learn sign language for all kinds of romantic songs. One of his special renditions was caught on camera when, in front of some family, he performed “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri, aka, one of the most popular wedding songs in recent years.

His girlfriend looked absolutely mesmerized as he signed, “All along I believed I would find you. Time has brought your heart to me, I have loved you for a thousand years; I’ll love you for a thousand more,” their eye contact rarely breaking. His family also found themselves overwhelmed by his kind gesture, making sure to give him a round of applause at the end. We don’t know what brought about this particular performance, but we love that they decided to share their special moment with the world!

Watch the heartwarming performance below and don’t forget to share.
